Conveyancing solicitor's fees are what is charged for all the legal work required to legally transfer property from one person to another. It is always advisable to check with your solicitors what these are going to be to ensure you do not have any surprises.

For Probate matters

We can help you through this difficult time by obtaining the Grant of Probate (or Letters of Administration) on your behalf.

We offer you a free half hour appointment (no obligation) to discuss the matter. At that appointment we will review the assets and liabilities within the estate and agree a fixed fee for the administration.

  • An average estate with one property to sell and no inheritance tax due is £3,500 and disbursements
